Return & Refund Policy
At Nxtwood Craftcore Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged items.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during transit.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at info@nxtwood.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return, along with supporting photos if applicable.
- Once approved, you will be given return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
- Orders placed offline or through email/phone can be canceled within 24 hours unless production has started.
- Custom & Bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once materials are sourced or production begins.
- Refunds for canceled orders are subject to review and mutual agreement.
